Technical Details
The project covers a total built-up area of approximately 3,500 square meters, with both residential and commercial components. Completed within 6 months, U-CON provided a complete turnkey solution, managing the construction and finishing of all 4 buildings. The project features modern architectural designs, premium finishes, energy-efficient systems, and integrated outdoor spaces that complement the surrounding environment.
